During the delivery process, the sensitivity of the LCD screen may cause spots or scratches to appear. To erase the entire screen, simply unlock the hold button and press the clear button.

If you are having trouble erasing your writing tablet, there are a few things you can try. First, check if the hold button is on and make sure to turn it off before erasing. If that doesn't work, try replacing the built-in button battery and attempt to erase again.

Please note that you cannot erase only part of the writing screen. When you press the erase button and the hold button is off, the entire writing surface will be erased.
